Stephane Olry und Corine Miret schreiben und stellen seit 1992 Video-Postkarten dar. Dank einem Stipendium von Adami nehmen sie 1994 den ersten Teil einer Fahrt nach dem Orient auf, wo sie Postkarten in Ãgypten, Jordanien, Palästina und Israel drehen. Ein stipendium aus der Villa Mädicis erlaubt sie dann 1995 wieder weiterzufahren und auf Zypern, im Libanon, in Syrien und in der Türkei zu drehen. Vor kurzem drehten sie an der Ben M’Sik Universität in Casablanca Aufforderung hin eine neue Folge von Postkarten in Marokko. Diese Postkarten wurden in vielen Festivals (Allumés de Nantes, Gentilly, Manosque und so weiter) sowie in den Galerien Le Sous-sol und Eof in Paris gezeigt. Seit 1998 nimmt Stephane Olry viele Schaffenvideos auf, die im Fernsehen (Canal +; NTV) oder in Filmfestivals (Arnheim, Osnabrück, Lättich, Bourges, Hérouville, Biennale von zeitgenössischer Kunst in Lyon) vorgestellt wurden. Corine Miret und Stephane Olry veranstalten seit 1995 die Video Tees. Neulich wurde das letzte Schauspiel Stimmen in dem Orienter Haus von Stephane Olry und Corine Miret in einer Regie von Xavier Marchand in dem ” bernardines ” Theater in Marseille und in dem Theater L’Echangeur in Bagnolet aufgeführt.
Stephane Olry and Corine Miret have written and played since 1992 Video Postcards. Thanks to a grant delivered by Adami, they directed in 1994 the first part of a Trip to the East, where they shot postcards in Egypt, Jordan, Palestine and in Israel. Then, a grant delivered by Villa Médicis made it possible for them to leave again in 1995 and shoot in Cyprius, Lebanon, Syria and Turkey. Recently, at the Ben M’Sik University of Casablanca’s invitation, they shot a new set of postcards in Marocco. These video postcards were shown in many festivals (Allumés de Nantes, Gentilly, Manosque and so on) as well as in Le Sous-sol and Eof galleries in Paris. Since 1988, Stephane Olry has directed many creation videos, which have been presented on TV (Canal +; NTV) or in festivals (Arnheim, Osnabrück, Liäge, Bourges, Hérouville, Biennal of contemporary art in Lyon). Corine Miret and Stephane Olry have organized Video Teas since 1995. The Video Theas video collection is now conserved at the EoF gallery. Lately, Stéphane Olry and Corine Miret’s last show Voices in the House of the East was put on in a Xavier Marchand’directory at the Bernardines Theater in Marseille and at L’Echangeur Theater in Bagnolet.
